Refund and Returns Policy

At Apparel Supplies Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your items for any reason, we are here to help.

This policy outlines the process for returning items and receiving a refund. Please read it carefully.

1. Your 14-Day Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day you, or a third party you have appointed (other than the carrier), receives the last item of your order.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You can use the below template, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The items were purchased within the last 14 days.
  • The items are unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact and attached to the product.
  • The items are not in the “Non-Returnable Items” category listed below.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

3. The Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before sending any item back, please email us at order@printinlondon.net with your order number and reason for the return. We will acknowledge your request and provide you with return instructions.
  2. Pack Your Item: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
  3. Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for any lost returns.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or you believe we have sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately at order@printinlondon.net. Please provide your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will work with you to rectify the situation, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including any shipping costs you incurred.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Custom or Personalised Products: This includes any apparel that has been printed, embroidered, or otherwise altered according to your specifications (e.g., custom t-shirts, personalised hoodies, etc.).
  • Sale Items: Gift cards and any items marked as “final sale” in the product description.
  • Perishable Goods: Such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
  • Intimate Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear or swimwear.
